Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

Trilogic (UK) Ltd (“we”, “us”) is responsible for your personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on our contact page we collect:

• your name, email address and telephone number;
• the description of your computer fault that you type in;
• your IP address and the date and time of the enquiry, which our system records automatically to prevent spam and abuse.

Please do not include passwords, bank details or other sensitive information in the form.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you advice or a quote. This is necessary to take steps at your request, and is in our legitimate interest in running our business.
• To send you an automatic email confirming that we have received your enquiry.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse (IP address and timestamp), which is in our legitimate interest.

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.

4. Who can see it

Your enquiry is sent by email to our staff. Our web hosting and email providers handle that email on our behalf, under their own data protection obligations. We only share your details with anyone else if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for your repair, any warranty, and our accounts for as long as is necessary for those purposes, then delete them.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interests.

To use any of these rights, email info@trilogicuk.co.uk or call us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

7. Cookies and third-party services

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. To display this site, your browser loads fonts, icons and styling from third-party services (Google Fonts, Font Awesome and Tailwind CSS), which can see your IP address when they deliver those files. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and may set its own cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data we will update this page and the date at the top.
