Terms and Conditons
Laptops must be sent carriage paid and packaged properly such that no damaged can occur. Trilogic can not be held responsible for any damage that may occur in transit to us. The power supply unit must also be sent with the laptop and any setup disks you may have. If you do not have any setup disks please ring before sending. Although every effort is made, we can not be held responsible for any data loss that may occur. Please include a brief letter explaining the fault/s along with your name, address, telephone number and a cheque of *£21.50 to pay for the return carriage (or if you prefer send no money & we will contact you for a credit/debit card number). If goods are not to be repaired, then the return postage must be paid for within 28days or else Trilogic uk ltd have the right to dispose of the goods. Where repair is uneconomical or not possible Trilogic will advise, then the return postage must be paid for within 28days or else Trilogic uk ltd have the right to dispose of the goods. If the repair is completed by Trilogic uk ltd and payment including postage is not received within 28 days Trilogic uk ltd have the right to dispose of the goods.
