The commonest laptop repair is when the power connector fails resulting in no or intermittent charging/operation; often you will have to wiggle the lead to get the power charge light to illuminate in the laptop.
We DO NOT usually use the manufacturers' origional laptop replacement as it will usually fail again after a short time. To complete the laptop repair we use a nut secured replacement that solidly mounts inside the case. Therefore the strain is taken by the plastic of the case rather than the delicate motherboard.(the only difference you will see is a small nut surounding the connector after we fix it.)

Unlike most laptop repairers we will diagnose and fix motherboards. Many problems are caused by faults on the motherboard rendering the laptop unuseable. Trilogic fix motherboards by diagnosing and replacing defective motherboard components.

Fixing a motherboard is considerably less expensive than replacing the complete motherboard thus keeping the cost down!

We especially try to offer a fast efficient service as most users are lost without their laptop. (Typical repair times 1-2 days subject to parts)
